Schön wars!

Und schon ist auch die 27. Ausgabe des Pink Apple Filmfestival vorüber. Wir haben uns riesig gefreut, euch alle so zahlreich in den Kinosälen, an den Podiumsdiskussionen und Vorträgen oder an der Pink Bar begrüssen zu dürfen, und uns mit euch über die vielen tollen Kinoerlebnisse auszutauschen. Denn das Pink Apple ist nicht nur da, um Filme zu schauen, sondern auch um beisammen zu sein, alte Bekanntschaften wiederzusehen und neue zu schliessen. Auch dieses Jahr können wir an den Erfolg von 2023 anknüpfen: Knapp 10'000 Personen haben die rund 130 Veranstaltungen in Zürich und Frauenfeld besucht und so einmal mehr gezeigt, wie wichtig Pink Apple als queerer Begegnungsort ist. Deshalb geht in erster Linie ein grosser Dank an euch, liebes Publikum – ohne euch wäre dieses Festival gar nicht möglich!

And the 27th edition of the Pink Apple Film Festival is already over. We were delighted to see so many of you in the cinemas, at the panel discussions and talks or at the Pink Bar, and to share the many great cinema experiences with you. Because the Pink Apple is not only there to watch films, but also to be together, meet old friends and make new ones. This year, we were able to build on the success of 2023: almost 10,000 people attended the 130 or so events in Zurich and Frauenfeld, demonstrating once again how important Pink Apple is as a queer meeting place. So first and foremost, a big thank you goes to you, dear audience - without you, this festival would not be possible!
